They\u2019re the songs of Lachie\u2019s father, P\u00e0druig, who was also a renowned story teller. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.northpost.co.uk\/uhi\/2012\/04\/11\/bilingual-community-drama\/\">Gille an Fheadain Duibh<\/a> is just one from his collection <a href=\"https:\/\/lsh507.securepod.com\/gaelicbooks.org\/merchantmanager\/product_info.php?products_id=359\">Thugam agus Bhuam<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>In this extract Lachie sings two songs. The first is Bodach a\u2019 Phuill Mh\u00f2naidh, a light-hearted take on the mishaps that might befall a young man as he tramps over the moor.
